• NOC from Sponsor / Employer (Mandatory)
  • Must be printed on company letterhead
  • Must include:
    • Applicant full name
    • Passport number
    • Company joining date
    • Monthly salary
    • Company stamp
    • Authorized signature
• Bank Statement
  • Minimum balance: OMR 600 – 1000
  • Statement period: Last 6 months
• Travel Insurance
  • Available with extra charges

• Payment Location: Directly payable at the Embassy
